Amy Special was founded in 2018 by a Nigerian Amarachi Esther from Abia State, a graduate of Economics from Abia State University, Uturu Nigeria.

A young Enteprenuer, a celebrity abacha seller first of it kind in Nigeria, that took the business to a whole dimension that gained the attention of a whole lot of Nigerians both in and the diaspera which gain the attention of international community which made BBC IGBO an international media house based in Nigeria granted her an interview.

Amy Special Nkwobi is made with properly cooked goat head ganished with palm oil paste and vegetables very affordable. .

Amy Special Abacha Nigerian version of salad made with by product of cassava soaked in hot water for several minutes and drained and later deeped into already made yellowish paste mixed with ingredients ranging from crayfish etc and stir for some minutes and ugba is added and heated a little and then serve with vegetables and fish either stocked, dried or fried, veriety of animal protiens. ..

Amy Special Ugba is made with shredded oil beans seed mixed in palm oil, potash water, seasoning etc stired properly for some minutes then vegetables is added and heated for some minutes and served very delicious and affordable.
